Quoting software for blinds dealers
You upload the supplier list, set markup, and customers price a size on your site. The tax wording follows the shop country. It is not the same in the US, the UK, and Canada.

United States
A US shop starts on US dollars and inches. The vertical measure is labelled Height. The address field is Postal code. Tax is sales tax, not VAT.
In shop settings the field is Sales tax %. Prices show before tax. Leave the field blank and tax stays off. There is no VAT number field on a US shop.
United Kingdom
A UK shop starts on pounds and millimetres. The vertical measure is labelled Drop. The address field is Postcode. Tax is VAT.
A new calculator starts at 20% VAT, with prices including VAT. You can show prices excluding VAT instead, and you can change the rate. The VAT number is optional. If you enter one, it is shown on PDF quotes. Leave it empty if you are not VAT registered.
Canada
A Canada shop starts on Canadian dollars and inches. The vertical measure is labelled Height. The address field is Postal code. Tax is sales tax, the same rule as the US: prices show before tax, and a blank Sales tax % keeps tax off.
Other countries, and the software bill
Any other country starts on euros and millimetres, and uses VAT. You can still set the shop currency to USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP, and you confirm the size unit before a list can go live.

The quote the customer gets
- Instant price: the customer sees the price, then requests an order or a quote.
- PDF by email: turn on Offer a PDF quote by email. Either mode sends that PDF.
- Price guide: an estimate, confirmed after measuring, plus Book a measure.
- You receive the enquiry by email and in Leads. Leads export as CSV.
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless you change it. The settings offer 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.
You choose the size unit the list uses. Customers type in that unit. A US or Canada shop can move a list from inches to millimetres or centimetres. A UK shop can move the other way. Publishing waits until you confirm the unit. Blinds quote calculator
