How blinds pricing grids work
Supplier lists rarely price every millimetre. They price bands. A width and a drop that fall between two bands are charged at the next band up, not the one below.

One axis is width. The other is drop, sometimes printed as height. Each cell is the price for that width and that drop together. A blind that is 850 mm wide does not get a private price between the 600 mm column and the 900 mm column. It takes the 900 mm column.
The same rule applies to the drop. Both axes round up on their own. A size above the largest band is not on the list, so it is not given a price from that grid.
A worked example with made-up numbers
Example numbers. Not a real supplier list, and not a currency. The figures exist only to show the band.
| Drop (mm) | 600 | 900 | 1200 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 800 | 40 | 48 | 56 |
| 1200 | 46 | 55 | 64 |
| 1600 | 52 | 62 | 72 |
A customer types 850 mm wide by 1100 mm drop. 850 is above 600 and not above 900, so the width band is 900. 1100 is above 800 and not above 1200, so the drop band is 1200. The cell is 55.
500 mm wide is under the first band, but only by less than one step of this grid (the step from 600 to 900 is 300). Glasstally prices that as 600. 200 mm wide is further under, so it is outside the list and is not priced. 1300 mm wide is above 1200, so it is not priced either.
On a millimetre list, half a millimetre of slack still counts as the band it just passed. 900.4 mm prices as 900. 901 mm rounds up to 1200.
Markup is a separate step
The cell is the supplier price. Your markup comes after it. A 2× markup on 55 is 110 before tax. That 2× is made up too. Glasstally then applies the tax setting and the price rounding you chose: nearest 1, up to 0.50, end in .95, or no rounding. Rounding the price is not the same thing as rounding the size up to the next band.
Customers see the size they typed and the band it was priced as. The line in the product says sizes always round up, never down. Upload the file this grid came from
